This Acceptable Use Policy governs the DayPlay MCP server (https://api.dayplay.io/mcp), the @dayplayai/mcp-server package, and the Partner API (/v1/partner/*).
You May
- Call documented Open Tools anonymously, and Gated Tools with a free Google-OAuth DayPlay account.
- Use Partner API access with your issued key within your tier's quota.
- Display results to your users with source attribution intact.
You May Not
- Bulk harvest, mirror, or redistribute the raw Catalog.
- Resell or monetize DayPlay data as a standalone product.
- Build a competing database from DayPlay data.
- Bypass, evade, or disable rate limits, gates, or authentication.
- Share, leak, or expose API keys — including client-side or in public repositories.
- Scrape or access beyond documented endpoints, or reverse-engineer undocumented ones.
Enforcement
Violations may result in throttling, key revocation, or termination without notice during beta. DayPlay may change scopes, quotas, and endpoint availability at any time.
