Dayplay LLC (“DayPlay”) respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on DayPlay’s websites, apps, or MCP services infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our Designated Agent.

Submitting a Notice

A valid notice should include:

1. your contact information;
2. identification of the copyrighted work;
3. the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
5. a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and
6. your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens Next

Upon receipt of a valid notice, DayPlay will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material as required by the DMCA. DayPlay may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Copyright Office Registration

Our Designated Agent is also registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration No. DMCA-1083388). The registration can be searched in the public directory at dmca.copyright.gov.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the Designated Agent at the address above. A counter-notification should identify the material removed and its prior location, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and include your name, address, telephone number, and physical or electronic signature consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
